45 Minutes

1. Write one keyword per theme on a large post-it.
2. 15 min, silent: Stick the post-its on the wall. Anyone can move any post-it. Cluster what belongs together.
3. 20 min, together: Name the clusters.
4. 10 min: Decide who should talk to whom. These pairs start the forest walk. They are not tandems.
