The shape of a semester
- Weeks 1–3 — research, in the world rather than the library
- Weeks 4–8 — three directions, built rough and tested on people
- Weeks 9–12 — one direction, built properly
- Week 13 — a public showing
What counts as research?
Anything that changes your mind. If your proposal in week 9 is the idea you
arrived with in week 1, something has gone wrong.
